The Texas Democratic Party chose the wrong anthill to kick when it decided to pick on Catherine Englebrecht and the King Street Patriots. Catherine and her team of volunteers refuse to be pushed around and are not only defending themselves against the strong-armed tactics of Boyd Richie and the TDP, they are counter-suing the jerks.

King Street Patriots File Counter Lawsuit Against Texas Democratic PartyMr. Richie and his band of thugs apparently thought that KSP would run away and hide. What he failed to realize is that, as a private organization, there was no partisan hack named County Attorney Vince Ryan that could undermine KSP as he tried to do with the Harris County Tax Assessor Collector. Of course, he didn't succeed there either thanks to Leo Vasquez - just ask the Houston Votes crew.
